Today i have made this choc chips muffin, find out that the flour i have place a bit much and the muffin its dry.
i don't feel like eating it . overall its taste is good.
i have let Lynda try it , she also said the same thing ....
after i have search online , i think i have over mix the batter . that's why it is dry. i should make mix 10-15 storks only will do , even i can see some flour in it ...
i will make a new muffin tomorrow. should i do banana muffin
